Vortec Marine settles into new Port Solent premises

After announcing the move of its main office and RYA training school back in October 2014, Vortec Marine has settled in to its new premises in Port Solent, Portsmouth, with the business resuming dependable service throughout. 

The move, which took place on 1^st November 2014, came about due to the expansion and development of the business. 

Vortec Marine, an Oyster Yachts Maintenance and Management Partner, was founded in August 2006 and operates a full management, maintenance and refit service for luxury yachts. The team travel around Europe in order to alleviate the stress of yacht ownership for those clients who do not wish to employ full time crew.

The business also offers RYA training courses to yacht owners and crew, which will now take up residence at the new premises. 

As part of the Premier Marina Group, Vortec Marine will still have a presence on the River Hamble at Swanwick Marina in Southampton, and will continue its refit works at Endeavour Quay in Gosport - one of the most well-equipped refit facilities in the area.

The Vortec refit yard boasts a 180T travel hoist and three 40m hangers, where an Oyster 82 and Oyster 66 are currently undergoing their winter refit projects.
