Yachting Pages appoints new marketing manager

Yachting Pages, the world’s leading superyacht directory, has appointed a new dynamic marketing manager to further develop and grow the business.

Julia Budniak has joined the UK Bristol-based company with an impressive background in marketing and brand management. She aims to double the profits within 12 months and expand key markets for the company including the USA and Australasia.

Julia has worked in the media, finance, education, beauty, leisure and fitness industries for 12 years.  During previous jobs she has been responsible for developing marketing and finance strategies and has established extensive high profile contacts.

Growing businesses and brands and creating user value is high on Julia’s personal and professional agendas; she sees this appointment as a way of sharing her passion.

The Yachting Pages brand has an enviable track record of delivering value through its easy-to-use print and online experiences. The directory, described as the 'captain's bible', is well regarded by captains, crew and industry professionals. It’s delivered to 60,000 superyachts in over 90 countries around the globe.

Since it was founded eight years ago, Yachting Pages has experienced phenomenal success, winning the Queens Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2009. It’s committed to the principle of achieving high quality, trusted products, excellent customer service and outstanding results. With Julia at the helm this success looks set to continue to grow.

Steve Crowe, managing director of Yachting Pages commented, “Julia’s enthusiasm, experience, passion and energy reflect the ethos of this company.  She has great plans that will not only benefit the company but hopefully new and emerging markets.

“Julia is the perfect person to lead our marketing team. We have high expectations and I am sure she will live up to them.”
