YPI Sell 2nd Superyacht in Two Weeks

Yachting Partners International (YPI) Brokerage has made their second sale in two weeks with the in-house sale of the 38m Hessen Calaf.
The superbly refitted and maintained Calaf is a long standing and successful charter yacht. Still fresh from her major high-spec refit in 2007, the 1992 Heesen built Calaf became the second sale in the first two weeks of 2012 for YPI Brokerage and its Sales & New Construction broker, Matt Albert who acted in both sales, this time representing both buyer and seller.
“Calaf is a wonderfully maintained Hessen,” says Matt, “Offering all the renowned finish and class of one of the world’s leading Dutch builders together with the added benefits of a yacht superbly refitted with the very latest technology.”
With a Frank Mulder design offering a blend of the classic with a touch of the contemporary, Calaf is both spacious and comfortable and sleeps up to 10 people in 5 cabins.
