In the realm of maritime luxury, the quest to offer yacht charter guests the perfect night's sleep has become an art form, one which luxury bed and linen supplier, CC Design, has fully committed to.
Franco Gnessi at Italian studio Dynaship Yacht Design has revealed a new 68.29-metre (224-foot) explorer yacht concept named Nautilus 650, designed to ‘take you beyond the journey’.
The concept has been designed with a low environmental impact in mind, with features including low-emission generators and anti-UV glass windows. Propulsion systems are also designed to operate correctly in low temperatures.
Functional space has been integrated into the design to ensure there is a workshop and maintenance area, and sufficient room to carry spare parts on board for contingency measures.
There are also two rescue vehicles on board, with space to carry 36 people each to starboard of the helicopter hangar.
Accommodation on board is designed for a total of 12 guests across six guest spaces, comprising one master and five VIP cabins, and space for 18 crew members.
Social areas include bars, living and dining areas on the multiple decks, all linked by central staircases.
Across a gross tonnage of 2000 GT, Nautilus 650 would have a top speed of 17 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots, powered by her twin 1500kw engines.
