Why should we stop using plastic bottles?
Recent statistics* state that there are currently 51 trillion microscopic pieces of plastic, weighing 269,000 tons, polluting our oceans. To put it in context, this equates to the weight of 1,345 fully-grown blue whales. And it’s estimated that at least 8 million pieces of plastic enter the ocean every single day.
By not using plastic bottles we can all help to reduce the amount of plastic going into the ocean.
How can you help?
To make a difference we need your help by:
1. Donating to Blue Marine Foundation
2. Requesting your free reusable bottles by emailing email@example.com
3. Contacting Octo Marine and enquire about a drinking water system for your yacht
4. And importantly, by stopping the use of single use plastic bottles
