I have been doing work with Kevin onboard our 90 ocean Alexander for 5 years and he has proven to be reliable, friendly and has unparalleled technical knowledge... From new installations to regular updates, Kevin is beyond valuable ... the boat is always better after he leaves ... sometime I bring Kevin onboard before leaving on a long trip and let him go through all my equipment because he usually corrects issues that I didn’t even know existed ... he is always available to talk me through things on the phone ... I could not ask for a better technician who understands large vessels and how their system work.

In the summer of 2016, unfortunately, our boat was struck by lightning which destroyed all of our electronics. We had an Erickson WiFi system on board for which we were charged a monthly megabyte use. Given the amount of entertaining we do where everyone was using our system, we would invariably go way over our megabyte allotment resulting in steep overcharges. Since we needed to replace the WiFi system as a result of the lightening strike, you recommended new technology which is the MDS101 cellular router. We find this system to be much more dependable than our previous system. After the initial setup it has worked perfectly. The system is faster and comes with unlimited megabytes upon paying the annual fee. We no longer need to be concerned when friends and family log on to our on board WiFi system. It’s truly a pleasure. Thank you for your recommendation & excellent service.
