Teak deck sanding

Teak decks require regular sanding so that water can flow freely and aggressive cleaning can be avoided. As teak decks naturally degrade, and caulking lines and wood grains become more prominent, it is recommended that sanding happens every 18 to 24 months.

Reseaming
