I have Known Paul and Simon for over 20 years and worked with them on numerous projects. I have user Shore Marine as my TPA agents for a number of years after they became official agents and in their capacity as Tides Marine, Southerm Europe. I highly recommend Paul and his team. Their professionalism, expertise, local knowledge make the whole TPA experience a walk in the park form beginning to end. Simple, easy and stress free just the way I like it. During the winter period of 2017 / 2018 I used Shore Marine as my TPA agent. We had an extensive refit using numerous contractors and suppliers. Simon Aston was my main contact with Shore Marine, and he made the process of setting up the TPA very straight forward. He explained the necessary documentation to open the TPA, and once acquired from my management he took care of the rest. From the start, Simon made the rules regarding the TPA very clear and he helped me set up accounts with Chandleries using the TPA number. We had a personal TPA bank account that I had direct access to view with internet banking, which made everything very clear to see when funds were arriving and invoices were being paid. We set up a clear procedure for the approval and payment of invoices which worked very well and meant no invoice surprises. At the end of the TPA we were required to leave EU waters, and Simon helped with setting up the clearance agent in Algeria. The whole experience of working with Shore Marine was excellent, Simon handled everything with the authorities which left me to be able to manage the projects. I would certainly recommend Shore Marine as a very good TPA agent.

Shore marine offers a great service and support to vessels looking to be more cost effective during refit and maintenance. Before the yacht arrived into Palma pre arrival info was sent out to clear up any confusion with regards to TPA. On arrival The team met with us and talked it all through, weekly reports and summaries were supplied and the process of payments.Whilst inside the TPA were made quickly and without hassle. Once the TPA was closed out they still offered help in clearance into a Port outside the EU and I feel like the team were always there to help with any questions. I would recommend Shore Marine to friends or colleagues without hesitation
