A recent email to Laurence
Whilst I am dishing out the compliments, I was out with Andy tonight briefly and we were discussing our current situation, we were talking about you, and I told Andy that once again (from my conversation with you a week or so ago), that you simply stand out from the crowd so much in terms of the way you do your job. You always do your research properly and are always prepared for the conversation you are having with me, it is so noticeably different from anyone else I ever deal with in this industry, It has been this way from the very first time we met and it never fails to impress me, that you are always so on the ball. You are an absolute credit not only to YPI, but to the industry in general, and not of course forgetting yourself. This industry is in severe need of more people with your professionalism and integrity. Once again, thank you so much for your input, I hope the above comments express I genuinely value it. I very much look forward to finding my next command and being able to work with you from the other side once again.

Proactive
In my experience YPI Crew have always shown a strong commitment in ensuring their candidates are a right match for the position and the yacht. Their proactive approach really helps me in minimising the time and cost spent finding suitable crew. I would highly recommend Laurence and her team, they are definitely one of a very few companies I would entrust with my crewing needs

Professional experience
Over the years I have known Laurence and her team at YPI Crew, I have only had the best and most professional experience when recruiting crew. Every crew member YPI crew put forward, have been thoroughly checked and the right candidate put forward for the job, saving me time with the add reassurance that I will build a great crew.

Extremely detailed approach
I have known and worked with Laurence for about 8 years or so. On my first meeting with her she immediately stood out from the crowd by way of her extremely detailed and professional approach. I was at that time not a client, but rather someone that she would place with a client. I am now a client of hers and she is unquestionably at the very top of my list of contacts whenever I need the type of services her company provides. She is a consummate professional with whom it is always an absolute pleasure to do business with.

High quality of work
Laurence runs the YPI crew agency with a lot of efficiency. From outside we can feel a good team dynamic without any confusion in the role of everyone. She and anyone of the team always takes time to evaluate accurately the clients' requests in order to only forward the resumes of suitable candidates. The quality of the service provided by YPI crew is the best I ever got from any other crew agency. They will remain the first I will contact whenever I need this type of service.

Highly recommended
I've had to ask for Laurence's company services quite a few times to set up a crew for our new build Palmer Johnson 171 DB9. Sevice has always been up to our expectations. Crew was always well selected and all references checked. The team at YPI was always courteous and It's been a pleasure working with all of them. I can only highly recommend Laurence and YPI for any crew needs.
