An internationally renowned shipyard, Nobiskrug GmbH builds highly individual, customised superyachts that accurately reflect the visions and ideas of their owners. Drawing on its vast boat-building experience, the yard can build yachts from 60 to 426 metres, which is the maximum size of the dock available.
Its 900+ in-house employees work across Nobiskrug’s three fully equipped facilities in northern Germany, including at its base in Rendsburg, where they have developed and built numerous internationally award-winning superyachts.
Drawing upon its extensive experience in building seagoing vessels, Nobiskrug turned to yacht building, completing its inaugural project in 2000 with the 92m Tatoosh. Since then, Nobiskrug has delivered a select portfolio of innovative custom-built superyachts, reflecting the company’s pledge to concentrate on one single project for one single client.
With the delivery of the Sailing Yacht A, the German shipyard once again confirmed its powerful presence among the leading superyacht builders.
Specialist superyacht yardNobiskrug believes a client’s superyacht project requires a strong and experienced partner.
Nobiskrug deploys its highly skilled team of engineers, designers and production specialists to work on every boat build. From steel construction to equipment, the yard only ever settles for the very best to ensure a client’s vision becomes a reality.
Superyacht new-build processBeginning with a just a single blank sheet of paper, Nobiskrug utilises its in-house design team – and some of the world’s most renowned designers – to create a concept. Its engineers then translate the ideas into a mature design before construction work commences.
The yard then begins to assemble the vessel, with in-house hull-construction, steel-cutting, mechanical, fitting, pipe-fitting, paint, electrical and carpentry workshops all operating under one roof to guarantee an advanced production process.
