The largest model to debut at the London show, the 131 yacht is 40-metres long, and the first of three Sunseeker models set to launch in early 2016. With the first five yachts reportedly already sold, there is already a demand for the 131.
The yacht itself is based on the Sunseeker deep V hull, with a tri-deck and the ability to operate at 10 knots for up to 1,500 nautical miles, or up to 23 knots for a higher performance. According to Sunseeker International, she has distinctive feature glass in the master stateroom, saloon and upper saloon to create a relaxed, comfortable environment for both the owner and guests.
Sunseeker offers a ‘bespoke’ service for the 131 yacht, so owners are able to tailor every element of the interior design and layout to their own preferences. Initially the yacht offers space for five cabins with up to 10 guests, but there is the potential to accommodate up to 12. There is also a garage able to accommodate a tender of up to 6m in length, as well as two PWCs.
Speaking about the 131’s debut at the London Boat Show, Sean Robertson, sales director at Sunseeker International commented, “The London Boat Show is always extremely exciting and draws a truly international selection of clients. I am delighted we are launching this special new yacht, the first – and largest – of four new Sunseeker models set to debut in 2016.”
Build time for the 131 Yacht is around one year, with capacity for up to five yachts to be in build at the same time.
