2012 Festival de la Plaisance de Cannes Introduced

It has been announced that the 2012 Festival de al Plaisance de Cannes will be held from Tuesday 11^th to Sunday 16^th September, with the show celebrating its 35^th anniversary.

Show Manager Renaud Jourdon has unveiled the shows poster for 2012. He writes, “While preserving the show’s ‘DNA’, the new design reinforces its uniqueness, promoting it as a real showcase for the gems of the seas on display in the Cannes bay in September. We wanted a design that reflects both the variety of boats that you present at the show and the chic, glamour and luxury inextricably linked to the world of yachting.”

Another update for the Festival de la Plaisance de Cannes is the renovation work that the City of Cannes has begun on the Quai Saint Pierre, turning the quay into a real promenade.  However the G20 delayed the start of work considerably meaning that part of the quay may not be completed before the time of the show.
