Affinity Management Services Limited New Appointments and Expansion

Affinity Management Services Limited has announced the appointment in March this year of Andrew Morgan to the Board of Directors.  Andrew has been with the company since 2008 and previously held the position of Yacht & Aircraft Manager.

They were also delighted to announce the appointment of Jodie Beecroft as Senior Yacht & Aircraft Administrator. Jodie has a number of years experience in the industry having previously worked within the yachting and aviation teams at OCRA and Abacus.

Managing Director, Patricia Slavin said, “I am delighted to announce Andy’s appointment to the Board, which is very well deserved. Andy joined the company in May 2008 and he has been a key member of the team. He has been instrumental in building up the yacht and aviation sectors of our business and also setting up Affinity Management (Services) Malta Limited. I am also very pleased to welcome Jodie to the team and I am sure she will very quickly prove to be a valuable member of the team”.

In addition to the appointments in the Isle of Man, Affinity are delighted to announce the appointment of Anna Wysocka as Marketing Manager of its Maltese sister company, Affinity Management Services (Malta) Limited.

Anna joined the company in February 2012 having previously been responsible for Sales & Marketing for Camper & Nicholsons Marinas International’s Malta office. Anna will be responsible for Marketing for both the Isle of Man and Malta operations. Anna will also be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Malta office.

Anna’s appointment closely follows the opening of the company’s Malta office in September 2011. Affinity Management Services (Malta) Limited, was formed to facilitate Affinity’s existing international client base and to provide future clients with alternate options and jurisdictions for corporate structuring, VAT and tax planning.

Managing Director, Patricia Slavin commented “we are delighted to have Anna join the team. Anna comes from a Sales and Marketing yachting background. Anna is fluent in Polish, English and speaks some German. She will be responsible for co-ordinating all marketing, advertising and exhibitions. I am confident that Anna’s expertise will be instrumental in developing our business”.

Affinity’s expansion has come about following the success of the Isle of Man Company which was established in 2004 by Managing Director, Patricia Slavin, who said “the business has continued to develop and expand year on year, the establishment of our sister company in Malta was a natural progression for the business and allows us to offer multi-jurisdictional services to existing and new clients”.

The company’s success in yachting and aviation services has been the platform to developing a more diversified organisation and enabling Affinity to offer a wider range of services including aerospace, E-Gaming and more generic fiduciary services all of which will now be catered for from both the Isle of Man and Malta offices.

The group now employs 16 full time members of staff with plans to continue to recruit additional key and senior staff to facilitate growth.

The recent recruitments are a sign of the company’s continued commitment to the Isle of Man, to the growth and expansion of the business and to providing optimum service to clients.
