The LX600 was launched at the Amanpuri Resort on the Andaman Sea, near Thailand, on the 13th February and the 9.6M tender was then delivered to her new owner, who will be chartering her to luxury clients.
According to Wahoo Ribs, at the sea trials in November 2014 at Southampton Water, the boat’s handling and performance surpassed the expectations of all those involved in its design and build.
Small technical changes to the original hull design, carried out in collaboration with Spline Naval Architecture, increased the efficiency and improved on the LX600’s performance and handling characteristics.
The LX600 interior was handcrafted to the clients exact requirements and includes charterer-friendly equipment such as a stow-away teak table, incorporated into the aft seating area floor. This not only folds out to a full size table but, in a partially lowered position and with an upholstered insert, forms a sun lounger.
All aspects of the vessel’s navigation, safety and boat management are controlled by the latest Raymarine EmpirBustm NXT multi-touch digital system, which comes with a warranty to ensure peace of mind for customers.
