Dutch yacht builder AMELS has announced that it will display its 55m superyacht La Familia at next month’s Singapore Yacht Show, which takes place between 7th and 10th April.
Originally delivered in May 2015, La Familia was recently cruising around Southeast Asia, and is based at the ONE°15 Marina Club. While La Familia is not for sale, the owner has agreed to a limited number of exclusive visits on board at the show for AMELS clients. Her attendance this year will mark AMELS’ second year exhibiting at the Singapore Yacht Show.
La Familia is part of the AMELS 180 series and features dark blue paintwork, with exterior design completed by Tim Heywood, and interior by Lambert & Thurnherr. She features a touch and go helipad, and is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests and 14 crew.
Her captain, Mike Rouse commented, “La Familia is performing fantastically well. In 10 months we have covered more than 16,000nm. We are working our way east, cruising new and exciting destinations. The owner is thoroughly enjoying the yacht and spends a considerable amount of time on-board relaxing with family and friends.”
Captain Rouse also commented on the quality and high value of the yacht, “I definitely feel for the size of the boat on the market, there isn’t a better investment the owner can make. The quality they get for what they pay is remarkable in comparison to any yard I know of.”
