Italian yard Arcadia Yachts has confirmed it has delivered its 31.57-metre (104-foot) Arcadia 105 superyacht project. She is due to cruise the Western Mediterranean before being showcased in September at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2018.
Based on the same platform as the Arcadia 100+, which was sold in March 2018, Arcadia 105 was developed in collaboration with design studio Hot Lab, who worked with the yard on both the exterior styling and interior décor. A 199GT semi-planing superyacht, she has been built with a fibreglass hull with a beam of 7.6 metres.
Ugo Pellegrino, director of Arcadia Yachts, commented, “This result was achieved in part by an investment of over €30 million in recent years. Our production facility is one of the most modern in the entire Mediterranean and we can deliver all our models by the end of the 2019 season.”
Among her key features includes a convertible skylounge that measures 35 square metres, a main deck that provides ample space for up to 10 guests to enjoy a meal in the shaded cockpit, and a formal dining room forward of the main saloon.
There is a coherency between Arcadia 105’s interior and exterior spaces, which is one of the main appeals of this model. This is demonstrated in many areas, most notably in the lounge with its sliding doors and fold-out balconies that can be deployed to create a light and breezy terrace.
Arcadia Yachts announced that several styling options have been configured in a “contemporary, minimalist décor”.
Accommodation on board is for up to eight guests split between a full beam master suite, a double and two twins on the lower deck. The crew quarters can house up to five members of staff.
Power comes from a pair of 1,000hp MAN V8 diesel engines for a top speed of 17 knots, and comfortable cruising at 15 knots.
