Asia Pacific Superyacht Association welcomes new media director

Asia-Pacific Superyacht Association (ASPA), one of the leading professional and regional yacht industry associations in Asia, has appointed Suzy Rayment as its new media director. Starting her career as editor of the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club’s house magazine Ahoy!, Suzy moved from sailing into the luxury world of superyachts when she established both Yachtstyle and Boat International China magazines for the Edipresse Group, the publishers of HK Tatler. Having bought and sold Yachtstyle magazine in 2015, she changed from print to embrace digital and established Asia Yacht Press.

Nigel Beatty, president of ASPA, commented “Suzy Rayment is a long-term player in the Asia boating media world, and we are pleased to welcome her to our team, as ASPA looks to expand its footprint in the Asia-Pacific region.”
