Italian shipyard, Baglietto successfully launched the first hull of its FAST line of superyachts this weekend, at a special ceremony attended by international press, the mayor of La Spezia and other industry delegates.
With exterior design by Francesco Paszkowski Design, the 46m FAST has a streamlined bow and rectangular transom, which gives her a sharp yet slender exterior shape. A sleek and compact superstructure further enhances her aerodynamics.
Despite her sporty exterior, the 46m FAST is equipped with large outdoor spaces, with her upper area offering a spacious terrace with generous seating and sunbathing areas.
FAST’s interior design was undertaken by Margherita Casprini, but is yet to be fully outfitted. She offers a traditional layout, with four en-suite guest cabins on the lower deck and an en-suite master suite with an office and dressing room on the main deck.
The yacht is entirely built in aluminium, and will give a top speed of approximately 28 knots, afforded by MTU 16V4000 engines. She is Lloyd’s Register classified and compliant to MCA standards.
The Baglietto 46m FAST will make her worldwide premiere at the 2016 Cannes Celebrates Yachting and the 2016 Monaco Yacht Show.
