Baltic Yachts to exhibit breakthrough 2020 vision at Boot Düsseldorf

Boot Düsseldorf 2020 will see Baltic Yachts exhibit the dummy version of the 9-metre long dynamic stability system foil as their stand centrepiece, which has revolutionised the performance and comfort of the recently launched Baltic 142 Canova.  

Baltic Yachts is the very first shipyard ever to have installed a superyacht with this foil. Visitors at Boot Düsseldorf 2020 can learn more about how this works, and hear about how these brand new developments are being used by Baltic Yachts and their partners in this field of design.

Canova, the superyacht equipped with the foil, has much to offer with her genuine diesel electric propulsion unit and innovative hydro-generation system. This dramatically reduces the use of fossil fuels, accordingly in succession with a greener and more sustainable future.

Baltic Yachts has much to offer Boot Düsseldorf 2020 with a brand new project, the Baltic 68 Café Racer. She is a lively 68-footer intended for day sailing and limited weekend use. The fun and easy to sail superyacht will be light, with an immense focus on performance using greener technologies from flax fibres and electric drives. A massive amount of research has gone into alternative, greener building materials and have began to use naturally grown flax as reinforcement material in up to 50% of the hull laminate.
