Yachting Pages has put several of the leading safety cases (and other associated products) to the test. The objective: to ascertain how each product performs and determine which one is best equipped to safely contain a lithium battery-induced fire.
Following the Miami Boat Show in February, Besenzoni, an Italian leader in the design and manufacturing of hydraulic equipment, has announced the expansion of its service network in the USA and Mexico, which now reaches 30 five-star service stations.
Besenzoni through a partnership with IMTRA, another leader in marine systems and marine products, has consolidated its position in the U.S.A. and can now rely on a large and qualified network, which is formed and coordinated directly by the Italian company.
The Customer Care Division looks after potential clients in two stages: from consultancy during the purchase phase, guaranteed by IMTRA, to assistance in case of emergencies, thanks to the network of service stations all over the American territory.
To safeguard yacht owners’ serenity at any given time is a priority, which is why Besenzoni, apart from enlarging the service network, has started the campaign “Holidays without worries” to offer during the summer season. This campaign is a 360°, seven days a week assistance, through its central customer service in Italy. By integrating the service stations of its local partners, Besenzoni’s pool of experts is able to assist and eventually deliver spare parts throughout the world.
