Bilgin launches Bilgin 155 superyacht

Turkish shipyard, Bilgin Yachts has launched its 46.8m Bilgin 155 superyacht, now named Giaola-Lu, from its facilities in Küçükçekmece.  

The first in Bilgin’s 155 range, her interior and exterior design was completed by H2 Yacht Design, with naval architecture by Unique Yacht Design. She is a steel and aluminium yacht, with a beam of 9.2m and draft of 2.45m.

On-board, Giaola-Lu is able to accommodate up to 12 guests over four spacious lower deck guest cabins, and two large master suites. There is also space for up to ten crew members on-board. There are large saloons on the main deck and bridge deck.

The sun deck’s standout feature is a hot tub, which is accompanied by sun loungers, sofas, a dining table and a bar. There is also storage for two jet skis, which can be found forward of the bridge, and room for two tenders in the aft garage.

Giaola-Lu is powered by twin CAT C32 engines, allowing to reach a top speed of 16 knots, and a range of 5000nm. Due to be delivered this summer to her Mexican owner, her sea trials are due to begin soon, before she cruises to the Mediterranean, Atlantic and Caribbean.
