The latest series of smash-hit reality TV series ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ debuted in the UK on Sunday evening (17th November), with a new batch of 10 famous faces winging their way into the Australian jungle.
American reality superstar Caitlyn Jenner is among this year’s cast – reportedly the highest paid celebrity in the show’s history – along with former England striker Ian Wright, retired rugby ace James Haskell and ex-Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle.
In the first episode of the season, 32.5-metre (107-foot) Cosmos II played a starring role, ferrying five of the celebrities towards the starting point of their jungle journeys. Wright, Haskell and Coyle were among the celebrities aboard the superyacht, with Jenner expressing her dismay at not being invited to experience the boat’s luxuriousness prior to heading into camp.
The superyacht featured so prominently at the same stage of the 2018 edition of the show, which prompted us to compile a dossier on the Benetti-designed vessel – outlining her top speed, her most recent refit and the cost to charter her in Australia.
It is unclear whether Cosmos II will play any further part in this year’s series, though its thought to be unlikely.
Will Cosmos II have done enough to earn a recall once again in 2020?
