Destry Darr Designs announces summer refit projects

Leading US-based interior design company Destry Darr Designs, has recently announced their completed projects for this past summer.

According to Destry Darr Designs, “We have been hard at work this summer completing the interior refits on board the 142' Trinity "Chevy Toy" and the 86' Nordhavn "VivieRae". We have also been completing some new residential projects.

“Our projects, soon to be completed, are the interior design and decor of the Ocean Alexander 90' "Georgia" as well as four other Ocean Alexander yachts for Marine Max Ocean Alexander of Florida.”

When commenting on the refit of the 142' Trinity "Chevy Toy", Destry Darr of Destry Darr Designs stated, “In January, my client called and requested that I fly to St. Thomas to see his new 142’ Trinity Yacht and give him a complete list of everything I felt needed to be included in his spring refit. Upon presenting my suggestions to the owner he acknowledged and shared his budget with me. We then went to work modifying the list by removing items that could wait and adding additional items that were of particular importance to the owner.”

The Nordhavn 120’ Aurora, which Destry Darr Designs recently worked on, was named a finalist in the 2014 World Superyacht Awards and 2014 International Yacht and Aviation Awards.

They will also be attending the upcoming Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and will be located at booth #700 in the Yachting Tent.
