It is an exciting marriage of complementary companies that will result in an expanded presence in the commercial, military, pleasure boat and superyacht markets.”
This acquisition will create a larger product portfolio by now also offering engine room ventilation equipment. Customers will benefit from having a single point of contact for their entire HVAC systems, simplifying design, service and maintenance.
