Dometic Marine, the world’s leading supplier of marine sanitation systems launches the new SeaLand® RushFlush™ toilet series at this year’s IBEX. Ideally suited to sport fishers and other offshore vessels that accommodate high-flow toilet systems, the RushFlush toilet series uses high-velocity water jets to macerate and flush waste while also delivering easy plug & play installation and premium comfort.
Featuring Dometic SeaLand’s new innovative pressure-jet flushing technology, the RushFlush provides unmatched performance. Two hyper-pressurized water lines feed a high-capacity upper rim for a thorough bowl-clearing rinse and a water jet at the bottom of the bowl that macerates and drives effluent to discharge plumbing.
With the use of freshwater flushing, the RushFlush remains odor-free by eliminating the potential for malodors that seawater can create in the toilet bowl. The efficient system uses only 2-1/8 gallons (8.04 l) of freshwater per flush and offers adjustable flush duration to further regulate water use and maximize efficiency.
Incorporating a pre-assembled integral trap-way and discharge loop, the RushFlush takes 50-75% less time to install compared with competing high-flow toilet systems. As with all non-mechanical macerating systems, risk of failure of the RushFlush is significantly reduced, while freshwater flushing capability eliminates plumbing system maintenance issues which are typically associated with raw/sea water systems.
The RushFlush toilet is a full-size, residential-style toilet with large, deep bowl and elongated seat, providing users with exceptional comfort. The toilet can be fitted with an electric handle or a wall-mounted touchpad for flushing.
