Dominator launches the third Ilumen 28m Zalanka

Dominator Yachts has launched M/Y Zalanka, the third vessel in its 28-metre (92-foot) Ilumen series.

Built with a semi-displacement hull, the launch of the yacht followed just a week after the launch of sister ship Cadet V.             

French yacht designers Alberto Mancini are responsible for her exterior, while interiors are by architect Luca Catino. Zalanka features a metallic hull tonality, which according to Dominator Yachts will “turn heads at sea and adds further to the uniqueness of this one-off masterpiece”.

She features a spacious tender garage and is set to carry two full-carbon e-bikes from Purismo.

Moving inside she boasts modern interiors, with luxury materials including Amara ebony, backlit white onyx, taupe silk, Georgette marble and light oaks from the Lissoni Collection.

Zalanka features five cabins, offering more accommodation than her four-cabin sister ship Cadet V.

Speaking about the interior styling, architect Catino stated, “The freestanding Poltrona Frau fauteuils stand upon a handmade parquet in chocolate oak tones with a special finishing, while the sumptuous fabrics come from the latest Hèrmes and Dedar collections.”

Following her launch, Zalanka is set to begin her sea trials in preparation for her delivery.
