Don’t let the fires cancel travel plans to Australia

A vast amount of Australia is reliant on superyacht business ventures and during the devastation of wild fires, it is important to emphasise that many businesses are all still open for business.

Super Yacht Group Great Barrier Reef wants to express that it is safe to travel and encourage pursuing the experience of a lifetime in Australia. The Great Barrier Reef is not something to miss.

Our thoughts go out to the bushfire affected communities in Australia, and hope for a full recovery from the wildfires. Unfortunately, there have been some inaccurate narratives regarding the impact of the fires, and in fact a vast majority of Australia has been unaffected, with business continuing as usual.

More than 660,000 people, 5.2% of the nation, rely on the tourism industry as livelihood in Australia, so touristic ventures are vital to Australia being able to bounce back from the mass bushfires. If trips have been affected by the bushfires, instead reschedule for another time or another area, which has not been damaged by fire. Australia is a big country so there are so many other beautiful alternatives.

Annastacia Palaszczuk MP, premiere for Queensland, explains, “There are large parts of our beautiful country that are not affected, for example, in my home state of Queensland, that is twice the size of Texas, we have no threatening fires. Queensland has more than 4,000 miles of beautiful coastline, tropical islands and, the Great Barrier Reef. “

Any investment in Australia will help the recovery from the fire blazes, so don’t miss out on experiencing it’s stunning beauty. Share the word that ‘Oz is open for business by sharing photos of experiences around Australia with the hashtag #seeAustralia.

Keep up to date on the last remaining impacted areas at Australia.com, which is updated daily.

Australia needs you now more than ever!
