Henderson, Australia-based shipyard Echo Yachts has launched its 84-metre (275-foot) trimaran White Rabbit, the world’s largest tri-hulled superyacht and the biggest Australian superyacht ever.
The launch follows on from the unveiling which took place last month at the Echo Yachts shipyard. The evening ceremony included VIP speeches, a documentary screening of the build and a sound and light show.
Guest were given the opportunity to hop aboard White Rabbit and view some of the exterior entertainment spaces. VIP guests, including the yacht’s new owner and their family, attended the event.
White Rabbit is the biggest superyacht ever built in Australia and the largest tri-hulled private motor yacht on the planet. She will be delivered to an experienced owner who currently has a number of other multi-hull superyachts.
Echo Yachts’ director Mark Stothard said White Rabbit evokes "a profound and immediate wow factor."
She boasts a spacious 19.6-metre beam with an internal volume of almost 3,000GT, and will offer accommodation for up to 12 guests.
