Ecoworks Marine ramps up production of cleaners and sanitisers in response to COVID19 outbreak.

Ecoworks Marine, a UK manufacturer of eco-friendly cleaning products, has ramped up production of sanitisers and all-surface cleaners in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The company says it is now having to take in pre-orders to ensure that they can meet demand and fulfil all orders.

Scott Johnston, MD at Ecoworks Marine, said, “We are working under difficult circumstances. We have one team member in isolation and another trying to get home from the Caribbean after both the Superyacht Challenge in Antigua and the St Barts Bucket Regatta were cancelled.

“So far, we have managed to fulfil all orders despite the increased demand but stocks are now running low and we are beginning to receive enquires from outside the marine industry, including from hospitals. In order to be responsible and ensure that we can help everyone, we are producing larger than normal quantities of our all-purpose sanitiser and all-surface cleaner. We are asking that all customers put in orders as soon as possible to ensure we can up this production should we need to so we can supply everyone.”

Ecoworks Marine sanitisers are  tested and approved valid against all coronaviruses, including n-CoV/SARS-CoV-2 (approved to EN14476 against enveloped viruses as defined in EN 14476:2013 + A2:2019)
