Evolution Yachting opens new offices in Albania, Croatia, Sardinia and Turkey

It has been announced that Evolution Yachting has advanced in its global expansion programme by opening brand new offices in Albania, Croatia, Sardinia and Turkey. This has accelerated the company’s growth and resource requirements, and sees the employee count increase to 130 across the organisation.

Evolution Yachting already has a growing marketing presence in the top European cruising destinations, with offices already established in Spain, France, Italy, Monaco, Montenegro, Greece and Corfu. In just two years the company has quadrupled in size and has compiled an impressive portfolio of clients.

The four new country openings were initiated as part of a long-term strategic plan in place since 2018, with agreements between stakeholders being negotiated and executed over the last four months.

Stefano Tositti, CEO of Evolution Yachting, explained, “The decision to expand to these four countries was a logical step in our business growth strategy and something that was always foreseen. The countries are all different in terms of maturity, but each hold enormous potential. Evolution Yachting is now the fastest-growing and most exciting agency within the yachting community and we plan to continue to maximise the momentum that we are creating within the market place.”

The new openings remain consistent with Evolution Yachting’s customer-centric culture in support of its business momentum.

Darko Domic, area manager for the Croatia region at Evolution Yachting, elaborated, “I think at the end of the day, we all have a common set of value and work ethic, and that is to provide the ultimate yachting experience to our clients. It will have a positive impact on how the clients interact with us to provide the best services possible.”

The reach to countries like Albania, that are young in establishment in the yachting industry, is incredibly important for Evolution Yachting because it will offer the company another fresh platform for exposure.

Bjordi Gogo, area manager for the Albania region at Evolution Yachting,  commented that, “Albania is one of the newest yachting destinations out there, and we will be able to capitalise on the know-how and global network advantages, coupled with our local professional experience to ensure that we are spot on in our offerings to the yachts visiting Albania. We really look forward to the challenge of developing Albania as a destination for the yachts.”
