Facheris Design has unveiled its latest concept superyacht, the 120m M/Y Aqueous.
With design inspiration from the luxury automotive industry, the superyacht is designed to merge generous dimensions with a ‘fresh and striking’ modern profile, earning it a place in the shortlist for the 2016 International Yacht and Aviation Awards.
On-board features and amenities include a 400sqm aft deck where a large infinity pool can be found, covered by retractable awning. Oversized exterior lounge areas are provided, with weather protection coming from the sloping structure. Stainless steel accents on the exterior reflect the natural surroundings.
Due to the unique shape of the external decks, the sundeck is the only place to safely accommodate a helicopter, which, when not in use, can be cleared to make space as an alternative to a traditional helipad. Two 11m tenders are stored within the hull, in addition to a fleet of watersports toys.
Power packages are yet to be finalised, but it is reported the use of a smart hybrid propulsion system is a certainty.
