In the realm of maritime luxury, the quest to offer yacht charter guests the perfect night's sleep has become an art form, one which luxury bed and linen supplier, CC Design, has fully committed to.
Dutch yacht builder Feadship has announced its 58-metre (190-foot) Najiba is currently undergoing sea trials, following on from its launch early last month.
Featuring naval architecture designed by Philippe Briand and De Voogt, the superyacht’s low-profile exterior styling comes from Vitruvius Yachts.
The design of the vessel is a result of a three-year collaboration between the designer, led by Philippe Briand, and the owners of the all-aluminium superyacht. Having previously owned two yachts, the experienced owners were attracted to the design team for its Da Vinci-inspired architecture and design approach.
The minimalistic yet striking yacht’s interior was designed by Studio Liaigre, which created immaculate white surfaces contrasting with wood features, imitating a beachside villa.
Peter Wilson, project manager of Najiba, stated at the launch that Feadship had managed to “bridge the gap between dream and reality”.
The superyacht has previously been described by designer Philippe Briand as a “Mediterranean boat with plenty of accommodation and a nice aesthetic”.
Featuring a 10.95-metre beam and a 2.6-metre draught, the motor yacht presents a top speed of 16 knots with a cruising speed of 12 knots.
