In the realm of maritime luxury, the quest to offer yacht charter guests the perfect night's sleep has become an art form, one which luxury bed and linen supplier, CC Design, has fully committed to.
Italian shipyard Fincantieri Yachts has revealed further details for its new 66-metre (217-foot) superyacht concept Griffin 66.
The vessel is a collaboration between the yard, Castlemain International, Christopher Seymour Designs and Guido de Groot Design. She is the most compact of Fincantieri’s exciting new Griffin range, which also features models stretching to 77 metres, 88 metres and 99 metres.
Following an initial announcement in late April, Fincantieri has used the occasion of the Versilia Yachting Rendezvous to showcase its latest build’s full specs.
Griffin 66 blends modern architectural details with the essence of the mythological creature from which she takes her name. Fincantieri’s project features strong, timeless lines that are simultaneously functional, sophisticated and eye catching.
Inside she has a stylish, minimalist design with high-calibre fittings and furnishings, leading to a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout. Panoramic windows offer guests uninterrupted views of the landscape and close contact with the sea.
On-board accommodation is for up to 12 guests, while the crew quarters will be able to house up to 15 members of staff.
She will have a 12.3-metre beam, a 3.8-metre draught, a total volume of 1,575GT and a maximum speed of 17 knots. Her tender garage boasts enough space to store a tender of up to eight metres in length.
