First 100 boats enjoy a boat lift, scrub and re-launch for £100 at Brixham Marina

For this month only, MDL Marinas has announced that boat owners can take advantage of a ‘Blazing June Offer’ at Brixham Marina with a limited boat lift offer. The first 100 boats will get their lift, scrub and re-launch for £100 (+VAT) for boats up to 12m and £140 (+VAT) for boats over 12m.

It’s not just Brixham Marina berth holders that can benefit from this offer, boat owners in and around Torbay can visit the marina to take advantage of this summer deal. Bookings can be made throughout the week as owners do not need to be present during the clean; they can arrange for the service to be completed by the Brixham boat lift team in their absence, preparing the boat in time for the weekend.

Completing a hull scrub on a conventional boat hoist using slings can result in visible marks being left on the hull.  This is because the area behind the slings cannot be cleaned when supporting the weight of the boat. According to Brixham Marina, due to the lifting technology of the Brixham Boat Lift, boat owners can achieve a consistent, all-over clean with no ugly sling marks and have the opportunity to inspect the hull whilst the boat is being held.

Lifting a boat safely in under 10 minutes, the Brixham Boat Lift provides a full hull scrub and re-launch to be completed in under one hour, whilst also giving boat owners the opportunity to carry out minor maintenance work such as changing the anodes or hull inspections.
