In the realm of maritime luxury, the quest to offer yacht charter guests the perfect night's sleep has become an art form, one which luxury bed and linen supplier, CC Design, has fully committed to.
The first collection of images of 1,100-berth marina Dubai Harbour has been unveiled, ahead of its official reveal this week at the Dubai International Boat Show, near Palm Jumeirah.
The marina will feature a dedicated 180-berth superyacht facility, an exclusive yacht club and heli-pads.
At least 780 berths are anticipated to be ready for handover in 2020.
Situated alongside Palm Jumeirah, the wider development presents an array of luxury residences and hotels, restaurants, cafes, shops and a lighthouse.
The marina consists of three bays - the bay marina on the eastern side will boast the 180-berth dedicated superyacht facility along with the heli-pad and two landing platforms, while the majority of the restaurants and cafes will sit on the western side. The northern side offers a smaller palm view marina.
The design contract has been assigned to Camper & Nicholsons Marinas, which has been working on the project since last year on behalf of Meraas Development LLC.
Abdulla Al Habbai, chairman of Meraas, commented, “The breakthrough infrastructure that we are developing at Dubai Harbour will fortify the city’s status as a modern maritime hub.”
Meraas’ nautical expertise has been further enhanced following on from forming its partnership with D-Marin and Dubai Holding.
