United Arab Emirates shipyard Gulf Craft has announced the three latest models in its Nomad SUV (Sports Utility Vessel) collection at the Dubai International Boat Show.
The innovative solar-powered series consists of the 20-metre (67-foot) Nomad 65 SUV, 22.8-metre (75-foot) Nomad 75 SUV and the lengthiest yacht in the range, 30-metre (98-foot) flagship, Nomad 95 SUV.
The series presents semi-displacement hybrid hulls designed for long-distance travel and to ensure capabilities of enduring any sea conditions.
Designed by British naval architect Andrew Wolstenholme, while Gulf Craft styled the interior and exterior of the hulls, the SUV yachts will present increased stability and fuel-efficiency, as well as offering solar-powered energy in order to reduce the yard’s carbon footprint.
Mohammed Alshaali, chairman of Gulf Craft, stated at the Dubai International Boat Show, “The new Nomad Yachts are set to redefine the future of yachting. They are created for those who enjoy escaping the routine and travelling together with their families. The Nomad Yachts transform yachting into a memorable experience for the guests onboard.
