UAE-based shipyard Gulf Craft has launched the seventh yacht in its Majesty 100 series.
The 31.7-metre (104-foot), which has been christened Piterland II, will now be moved to Gibraltar to meet her owner. Upon safe delivery, the owner intends to sail to Eastern Europe, where the yacht will be based.
Commissioned by a Russian owner “with a love of yachting”, according to the yard, Piterland II is the first sky lounge model in the long running series.
Among her key features are fold-out balconies and floor-to-ceiling glazing in the main-deck saloon.
Accommodation is for up to 10 guests across five guest cabins. The owner’s suite sits on the main deck while the rest of the guest accommodation is situated on the lower deck.
The interior has been personalised to the owner’s tastes and contains furniture decorated with an ebony semi-gloss veneer. Crema Marfil, Dark Emperador and Cappuccino Oryx marbles have also been used throughout.
Power comes from two 1,900hp twin MAN engines for a top speed of 20 knots and a cruising range of 1,500 nautical miles at 12 knots.
Meanwhile, Gulf Craft has a further three Majesty 100s under construction, with delivery dates up to 2021.
The news comes as the yard prepares to launch its in-build flagship, the Majesty 175.
