Heysea Yachts launches debut Atlantic 115 superyacht

Chinese shipyard Heysea Yachts has launched the first hull in its all-GRP motor yacht series, the 35-metre (114-feet) Atlantic 115, now called Dopamine.

Working in collaboration with American brokerage firm Atlantic Yacht & Ship, the yard officially began construction in March 2018, after the keel was laid in September 2017.

Jure Bukavec of Uniellè Yacht Design worked closely with the yard to create this raised pilothouse design, which is built to MCA and RINA standards. Meanwhile, H2 Yacht Design is responsible for her interior.

Dopamine will offer accommodation for up to 12 guests across five cabins, as well as a master cabin situated on the main deck, which boasts idyllic 270-degree panoramic ocean views. She will also provide accommodation for up to five crew members.

The motor yacht will also offer a convertible Cabana-style beach club, an Opacmare Transformer swim platform and a spacious sundeck.

Her 2.43-metre headroom in the main saloon and structural keg keel provides protection to the propellers, rudders and stabilisers.

The vessel will be powered by two 1,950hp Caterpillar C32 engines, for a top speed of 24 knots and a cruising range of 2,000 nautical miles at 20 knots, due to a total fuel capacity of 24,000 litres.
