Horizon Yachts completes tanks tests on RP110 superyachts

Taiwan-based shipyard Horizon Yachts has announced that two new-build RP110 superyachts have completed tank testing, with delivery to their owners expected next month.

The RP110 Hull 7 is in construction for a repeat Horizon owner from Australia, while the RP110 Hull 5 will be delivered to a third-time Horizon owner from the U.S.

The seventh hull has been designed in collaboration with J.C. Espinosa and Cor D. Rover, and is fully customised to the owner’s preferences. She is distinguished by a unique exterior profile that features floor-to-ceiling windows on the deck house and a ‘dramatic’ dark blue hull.

Following her sea trials, the RP110 Hull 7 will be delivered to her owner coinciding with her world debut at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in May 23^rd – 26^th.

Meanwhile, the RP110 Hull 5 features sleek styling from J.C. Espinosa and a double-chine hull from Donald Blount, representing both elegance and high-performance. Designed in collaboration with Luca Dini, she offers a spacious and flexible four-stateroom layout emphasised by its inviting yet casually elegant décor.

To confirm safety and quality, both models have completed extensive dockside tests and inspections under strict QC guidelines.
