Jeanneau Confirmed as First International Brand at Karpaz Gate Marina

Sea-Alliance Group (SAG), the management company at Karpaz Gate Marina, part of the all-new Karpaz Bay Report in Northern Cyprus, has confirmed that it has secured an arrangement with Jeanneau, the international marine brand. SAG will broker sales of Jeanneau yachts from the heart of the luxury marina which is now open and welcoming local and international yacht owners.

The French-owned boat builder, part of the Beneteau Group, is the first international brand to confirm its involvement with SAG and Karpaz Gate Marina, the latter which had its soft-opening this summer. SAG is due to open a new sales office and service centre on the site within the next few months, within the marina buildings positioned to the east of the 300-berth marina, alongside the dry dock and refit and repair facilities.

SAG will sell and distribute the full yacht range which includes sailing yachts ranging from 20ft-57ft, as well as ‘Prestige Yachts’, the elite range of Jeanneau motoryachts – ranging from 35-60 ft which are available in Flybridge, Express and Sport Top.

The Prestige Yachts brand enjoys an international following and esteemed reputation - the Prestige 50 was recently elected European Powerboat of the Year 2010 (new large yacht).

Karpaz Gate Marina is the only luxury marina in the eastern Mediterranean and the only one to have extensive dry dock with repair and refit facilities including a 300 tonne travel lift, suitable for yachts and multihulls up to 40 metres x 10 metres. Workshops are situated near to the 300 berth marina, and are enhanced with a lively commercial promenade with shops, restaurants and bars. The first stage of a hotel complex and Beach Club will be started in 2012.
