Limited Edition Event Design produce and present a high end affair

Their brief was, seemingly quite straightforward.  A prospective client wanted to stage an event for a very special customer to take place on the last day of the Cannes Lions congress in June 2013.

The client, leading American advertising agency Wieden & Kennedy (W&K) and their party wanted to celebrate their longstanding relationship with a key client, none other than Coca Cola.

Limited Edition Event Design immediately turned to their long-standing charter advisors Camper & Nicholsons (C&N) for their expert help in sourcing the right yacht, and with typical C&N efficiency the M/Y Antisan was made available.

All was well – Wieden & Kennedy were happy with the design ideas, menu and entertainment; and the Captain was happy with what they intended to do with his beautiful yacht.

The day arrived with blue skies and a calm sea. The yacht was beautifully prepared by both the outstanding on-board crew, and of course by Limited Edition’s crack team.

Guests were quickly on board and immediately enjoying the plentiful supply of drink and food – anchors away and off they went.

The wonderful feeling of being on the French Riviera, splashing about in the water, ample food and drink on hand and beautiful music courtesy of a smooth guitarist combined to make a most memorable day and a very successful event.
