Mathematically balanced Amer 120 superyacht to be delivered in 2021

37-metre (120-foot) Amer 120, is the new superyacht under construction at the Italian shipyard, Premare.

The superyacht is scheduled for delivery in 2021, and will be debuting in the 2021 boat shows.

The Amer 120 design is based on complex mathematic formulas and plays with symbology. 120 is the sum of four successive prime numbers, these symbolise the four pods of the superyacht. The number four ultimately represents balance, security, stability and in contact with ones roots.

120 furthermore is a triangular number, the sum of numbers one to fifteen, and the sum first eight triangular numbers making it tetrahedral. These symbolise the bow of the hull towards the sea.

The wondrous amount of thought and passion has gone into the theory behind the Amer 120, she is designed and built abiding by a multi-perfect number. The detail even goes down to the pool of supplier companies with a workforce of up to 120 people participating in her construction.

The superyacht boasts an Amer 94 twin with 3.1-litre per nautical miles at 9 knots whilst in economic use. 

She is destined for both private and chartered use in 2021.
