Malta-based refit and engineering specialist Melita Marine Group has announced it has completed the majority acquisition of ptw Shipyard Tarragona in Spain to serve the growing number of vessels that visit this thriving superyacht hub.
With a shipyard area of over 15,000 square metres and more than 3,000 square metres of workshop and office space, a 180-metre technical quay and a travel lift for yachts up to 50 metres, the now-named ptw Shipyard – Melita Marine Group is now able to offer a complete suite of services in Spain.
