Miami Yacht Show unveils joint ticket with Miami International Boat Show

Miami Yacht Show has announced a new joint ticket in partnership with the Miami International Boat Show, allowing yachting enthusiasts to attend both events during Miami’s annual boat show weekend for $50.00 (€40.00) a day. The shows take place during Presidents’ Day weekend in February.

Celebrating its 30th year, Miami Yacht Show is set to take place from Thursday 15th February through Monday 19th February, with a spectacular display of yachts and marine products. Its large global audience will be treated to more than 500 new and brokerage yachts, and a wide array of the latest marine technology and accessories.

The Miami International Boat Show takes place concurrently over the same weekend. Bus transportation from the Miami Yacht Show on Collins Avenue to and from the Miami International Boat Show on Virginia Key runs daily from 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Mary Bender, vice president of marketing for Informa, the Miami Yacht Show’s producer and co-owner, commented, “This is one of the most well-known boat show weekends in the world, with many things to see and do for yachting enthusiasts. The joint ticket is one of this year’s many enhancements designed to deliver the ultimate in enjoyment and convenience for our guests.”

Spanning more than a mile along the Indian Creek Waterway from 41st Street to 54th Street, the Miami Yacht Show covers more than 1.2 million square feet of space, featuring the latest yachts and accessories, floating cocktail lounges, food stands and live musical entertainment. A new VIP experience for 2018 offers amenities designed to make the show even more spectacular for its discerning attendees and exhibitors.

Informa manages and produces the Miami Yacht Show, which it co-owns with the International Yacht Brokers Association. The event runs concurrently with the Miami International Boat Show, which is owned and operated by the National Marine Manufacturers Association.
