Mulder announces the successful launch of 29m Voyager superyacht

Last week, Dutch shipyard, Mulder announced that it had successfully launched a new 28.65 metre superyacht at its Zoeterwoude facility in the Netherlands on 12th April 2015.

The Mulder 94 Voyager is a full custom built yacht with a gross tonnage of 160. She has an aluminium hull and superstructure, which has been built to RINA classification.

Featuring design by Frank Laupman of Omega Architects, and naval architecture by Vripack, this semi-displacement yacht is currently being prepared for her sea trials, and will be ready for delivery this summer.

Inside, she will have a bright and spacious saloon that exceeds 40 square metres, with a ceiling height of 2.15 metres. She accommodates eight guests across her four luxurious staterooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

The flybridge, which is partly covered with an aluminium bimini, contains a royal grill bar, comfortable twin U-shaped settees, as well as deck chairs and sun beds, allowing for functional guest entertaining areas that are unsurpassed in volume for a yacht of this length.

The hull is powered by twin Caterpillar 1150hp engines, giving her a top speed of 18 knots and a range of 3,500nm at a speed of 10 knots. She features cutting-edge noise and vibration insulation solutions, which the shipyard states will contribute to a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere on board.
