New Hepams service launched by Craft Management

Leading Mediterranean based yacht services company Craft Management, has recently launched a new “Hepams” service for their clients. The new service, which stands for High Efficiency Propulsion and Manoeuvring Solution, has been designed as a service solution for works carried out on total or partial propulsion and manoeuvring systems.

Javier Fernandez, operations manager at Craft Management commented, “With the support of our collaborators, and friends, we have launched Hepams (High Efficiency Propulsion and Manoeuvring Solution); it’s a solution devised to help the customer from the initial concept to the delivery and fitting of the components. A successful project starts with a reasonable concept base and requires a clear, regular and precise communication level with each customer throughout the project. Hepams has been designed to allow us to work closely with the customer through all the different, well laid out stages of the project”.

The service stages involve:

• Initial concept
• Meeting with the client to meet customer priorities
• Initial evaluation
• Determination of the equipment to be installed
• Design
• Delivery

As well as this new service, Craft Management has expanded their product range by becoming a sales dealer for three leading maritime brands – Reich Kupplungen, CJR Propulsion and PSS Shaft Seal.
