New zero emissions yacht designs

Ned Ship Group has announced the launch of its latest Zero Emissions Yacht and Shuttle designs which make up the STR EUROPE Series.  The Yachts and Shuttle will be constructed and marketed by Ned Ship Group and engineered by STR Europe of France.

Addressing the design, engineering, building and delivering, the design goal is to achieve a luxury self-sufficient yacht, with all the needed energy-load for amenities, comfort, facilities, convenience, safety, security, propulsion, etc...

The Zero Emissions series will include two main design choices; a 20-metre light catamaran with four suites, large saloon, kitchen and separate rooms for the captain and hostess, offering a maximum cruising speed of 18 knots.  The other design is a wide beam 40 metre trimaran superyacht with a maximum cruising speed of 25 knots.

Both the catamaran and the trimaran make use of lightweight and strong materials and ensure the vessels are free from vibrations, noises and engine smells.
