German shipyard NOBISKRUG has confirmed the signing of a new 62-metre (203-foot) superyacht project.
The new build will feature a vertical bow and modern exterior lines designed by naval architects Espen Øino International.
Spanning five decks, the yacht will boast generous open areas for the owner and guests, including a main saloon, a sky lounge and a beach club and wellness area that features a 7-metre glass-walls pool.
The project is also set to feature a tender garage that can house two tenders, a rescue boat, Sea-Doos and a number of other water toys.
Imperial brokered the sale and will continue as owner’s representative and construction supervisor during the build process.
Julia Stewart, a director at Imperial, noted, “Teaming up with NOBISKRUG on a second project in a row this year is a real proof of quality and strong relationships built through the years.
“Thanks to the incredible minds of Espen Øino International and our unrivalled experience in luxury superyacht projects construction, we are ready to deliver another striking vessel.”
It will mark the third superyacht NOBISKRUG and Imperial have collaborated on, following Project 783 delivered in 2012 and a newly signed 77-metre (252-foot) project announced earlier this year.
Rainer Stobrawa, project manager of NOBISKRUG, commented, “We are thrilled to be part of this project and we will do our utmost to deliver another superyacht that will proudly join the NOBISKRUG fleet.”
Construction work on the 62-metre is due to be completed in early 2021.
