Ocean Signal has reported its most successful London Boat Show following this year’s CWM FX-sponsored 10-day exhibition at ExCeL London.
The communication and safety specialist introduced two new products at the show – the rescueME MOB1 and the rescueME EPIRB1 – and also displayed its popular rescueME PLB1 on the Cactus 020 Ltd and Marine Super Store Ltd stands.
James Hewitt, sales and marketing manager or Ocean Signal said, “We are happy to announce record sales figures at this year’s show, plus there was a huge amount of interest and positive feedback from visitors, with other potential leads and opportunities also arising.
“The addition of the rescueME MOB1 and rescueME EPIRB1 to our range has really sparked demand and interest from a variety of people, both in the leisure and commercial sector. Visitors at the show were really attracted to the compact size and design of all the products and were especially interested to see how simple it is to integrate the MOB1 into a life jacket.
James continued, “There was a constant flow of traffic stopping to discuss the products and a good atmosphere throughout the show which has left us feeling very positive and enthusiastic about the year ahead.”
With some 400 exhibitors, the 2015 CWM FX London Boat Show has announced that 92,288 people visited the show – an increase of 4.2% on the previous year.
Next year’s London Boat Show will be held from 8th to 17th January, 2016.
