Oliver Yacht Services begins new season in the Mediterranean with new online booking system

Oliver Yacht Services (OYS) yacht agents has announced that it has relocated to Costa Smeralda in Sardinia, with a brand new online booking system for superyacht captains and crew.

Moving from Panama this year in order to join the busy cruising grounds of the Mediterranean, Oliver Yacht Services Sardinia has launched a new website, which includes a new online booking system to allow yacht crew to make the necessary arrangements in their next port of call.

According to Oliver Yacht Services, the new booking system facilitates quick online berth bookings, provisioning orders, fuel bunkering, technical support and concierge service requests.

Oliver Van Nieste, CEO of OYS said, “We meet the growing demand of yachts and superyachts that need quality service and professional support whilst visiting the Costa Smeralda in Sardinia.

“Our new online booking system is a quick and convenient way for superyacht captains and crew to make arrangements before their arrival in their next port of call in the Mediterranean, or even while they are dockside. This is especially useful when vessels are arriving very early in the morning or late at night.

“As clients can now contact us in every way possible; by calling, emailing, faxing, instant messaging and now even booking online, we hope that the system will make everyday tasks even easier for crew, helping them to organise trips in advance so they will not have to take too much time out of their day to make the necessary arrangements.

“Once orders are made online, one of our agents will soon be in touch to discuss what’s manageable, and arrange the delivery times.”

Oliver added, “We believe that being a small boutique agency makes us much easier to work which gives us more flexibility and allows us to work directly with captains in a more personal way.”
